About Caroline

I have a degree in Marine Biology and had dreams of becoming a shark biologist, but academia was, alas, not for me.

Prior to moving into Executive Search, I spent a short time in the NHS, coordinating a Scottish Government initiative to reduce childhood cancers in Scotland.

My career in Executive Search began in 2013, as Operations Manager with a California based boutique Life Sciences search firm. My responsibilities included managing and improving the operations for the European side of the business, as well as candidate management. I loved doing the research, which was subsequently added to my remit.

Research remains my favourite part of the process, because I genuinely get satisfaction finding the right talent for clients, and helping to improve people's careers. I have passion, drive, commitment and an entrepreneurial spirit, so having my own business works well for me.

I have delivered projects from scientists to executive leaders in various therapeutic areas, spanning the entire product lifecycle from discovery through to manufacturing and commercial. Assignments have focused on north & south America, Europe and Asia.

Ongoing learning and development is important to me, and I challenge myself with relevant training where possible. I am an AIRS certified Professional Recruiter and Executive Research Association member.
